Fellowship Diploma in Health Services Management

(FDHSM)

(with optional specialisation)

Advanced professional certification for current and emerging healthcare leaders.

The Fellowship Diploma in Health Services Management is Calder Reid's flagship qualification for professionals responsible for leading people, services, quality, compliance and organisational performance across Australia's health and community services sectors.

Designed specifically for managers and leaders working in disability, aged care, mental health, homelessness, allied health and community services, this diploma develops the practical judgement needed to lead effectively in complex and highly regulated environments.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, learners examine real-world case studies, contemporary challenges and complex leadership situations drawn directly from health and community service organisations.

Graduates develop the confidence to make better decisions, strengthen service quality, improve organisational performance and lead teams through change.
